Frequently Asked Questions
How long does CGC grading take?
It depends on the tier: Express ~8, Standard ~13, Crossover/Jumbo ~60, Reholder ~72, Economy ~79 and Bulk ~86 working days at CGC. These are CGC’s live estimates, exclude consolidation and shipping to/from CGC, and are not guaranteed — your tracking page always shows the live status.
Is there a minimum number of cards?
No — submit as few as 1 card on any tier. Your cards ship together with our regular dealer batches either way.
Are my cards insured?
Yes. Every card is insured up to S$500 throughout the entire journey — with us, in transit to and from CGC, and at CGC’s facility. For cards worth more, contact us on WhatsApp before submitting.
Which tier should I pick?
Bulk is the best value for most cards. Pick Standard or Express if your card is worth more than ≈S$1,400 (their declared-value caps are higher) or if you want your grades faster.
How does Crossover work?
CGC reviews your PSA, Beckett (BGS) or SGC slab and only crosses it into a CGC holder if it would grade equal or higher. Otherwise it’s returned in the original holder (CGC’s fee still applies). You can also request “cross at any grade” in your card list notes.
How do I get my cards to you?
Two options: drop off at our Bedok location (S465488) or mail your cards in. You’ll get full instructions and your tracking code immediately after checkout.
How will I know when my grades are out?
You’ll receive an email automatically, and your grades plus CGC certification numbers will appear on your tracking page. You can verify every cert on CGC’s official cert lookup.
What cards can I submit?
Pokémon (English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean), One Piece, and most TCGs accepted by CGC. Unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm.
