Card Condition and Quality
- We take great care in accurately describing the condition of each card listed on our website. Brand-new cards may occasionally have slight manufacturing defects, which may not always be visible to the naked eye.
- Visible Damages: If you receive a card with visible damage such as creases, non-manufacturing-related whitening (particularly for Japanese and Chinese cards), or other significant issues, please reach out to us immediately. We understand that these concerns can affect your collecting experience, and we are committed to addressing them.
Service Recovery
- We aim to be reasonable and fair in all our dealings. If there is a legitimate issue with your order, we are here to help. While all sales are final, we do conduct service recovery from time to time to ensure customer satisfaction.
- In cases where a card has been damaged, misrepresented, or does not meet the described condition, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or partial refund at our discretion.
